Hi everyone,
I’m Jordan Thien, Airbus330 Captain, 31 this year, and i’m originally from Sabah, Malaysia. I met Mr.Kanoo right after I graduated from high school. With his great help and guidance I was able to start my aviation journey with OMNI AVIATION in Clark, Philippines.
Starting a new life in a strange place will not be easy if without the assistance of Mr.Kanoo. I had a great time doing all the flying training in OMNI AVIATION. I started as a Student Pilot and eventually ended up to be one of their employee as a Flight Instructor. This amazing journey has prepared me to pass the employment of my very first airline CEBU PACIFIC.

Hi everyone,
I’m Neil. Currently with Cebu Pacific as a First Officer on the Airbus320 and previously on the ATR. I am Mr.Pillai’s son so this might sound biased, however I assure you everything I say is true.
My dad enrolled me in OMNI Aviation after I graduated high school along with my colleague, Capt.Jordan. With the help and guidance from my dad, I was able to jump start my journey in the aviation industry.
To be honest, we had a great time flying in OMNI Aviation. My dad made sure that we stayed on track and not deviate from the training plan. After gaining sufficient amount of hours, we were advised to start our aviation career as Flight Instructors. We took his advice by heart and after completing the training, we were absorbed into the company as Flight Instructors. As Flight Instructors we built our flight time from 200 to 1500 hours by teaching future Pilots. Everyone was great in OMNI. We worked as a team and it was more like a big family even when we were just students. They know the regulations and show great professionalism. They also made sure that no hour padding is done which is illegal and made sure we get the best outcome.
After almost 3 years of hard work, I decided to move on from teaching and apply for a position in Cebu Pacific. The time I spent as a student and especially as an instructor really helped me build the confidence and knowledge that I needed to pass the employment smoothly.
If flying is your passion and it’s something you’d like to make a living, talk to my dad and I assure you he and his team will guide you with the best of their abilities and most probably give you that first push into the aviation industry.

When I was lost and didn’t have any idea what to do, Mr.Kanoo had been there to clear the turbulence of thoughts. After completing my Foundation in Science, I got into Engineering program, which is not what I wanted to do so I reached out to him. I personally met him at his office and he laid out all the possible routes that I can take. Apart from that, he also provided information on scholarships that I can apply to cover my tuition fees. Thanks to him, I am able to get into Melaka-Manipal Medical College (MMMC) as a medical student. The programme is carried out in collaboration with the esteemed Manipal University, India. It is one of the recognized medical colleges in Malaysia.

I am Andre, 25 this year, and I am a recent graduate from Penang International Dental College! Mr Kanoo has been one of the man behind the scenes who have been guiding me each step of the way to finishing my degree. He taught me what I can do to get enrolled in my degree program as fast as possible, with the least cost and least time consumed. He also introduced me to Biasiswa Kerajaan Negeri Sabah (BKNS) and got me to apply it, and thankfully I managed to secure a full scholarship from it!
Penang International Dental College has been such a fun filled yet challenging experience! The institute balances well on it’s theoretical as well as the practical aspect of Dentistry so it keeps you well versed with the knowledge and dexterity of the profession. The journey has not been easy, but through the continuous mounding and honing, I would say I am a much stronger person today!

Company Background
MGM was conceived through personal experience on how hard it is to enrol into a quality and affordable course in a reputable university. This began our passion to help students manoeuvre the landscape and onto the right education path. The initial 4 years MGM, from 2000 to 2004 was spent simply scouting and studying the market. We eventually transitioned into freelance consultations and did what we could then to guide students and parents in achieving their education goals. The rewards soon came as the overwhelming gratitude of students and parents we managed to help inspired us to continue our mission as a reliable and trusted source when it comes to higher education.
Initially, we started recruitment for only one university in Russia for Medical Studies, from 2004 to 2006. Upon realizing of the needs of students in the region for good quality and affordable education, we decided to provide more options. Since then, we have scouted for more strategic partners with equally honest ambitions in building quality human capital and managed to secure good ties with a number of top institutions.
